Pay attention to customers

First the positive point: good collections .

Reason for 1 star review:
I've booked an order on 29th September. On 30th September, at 7.44 p.m., i received a call from 9yardz stating that one saree is out of stock and asked me to book another saree, which I did. When I asked for despatch, the staff said that it would be despatched on 1.10.24 as other orders were despatched. On 2.10.24, I received a mail for despatch at 12.35 pm. I can understand that Sunday would be a leave, but on Monday when I received a call and I rebooked an order, the staff said other orders were despatched. Not satisfied 😕.

Even when I went to the shop, the staff was on phone call discussing personal things. Only after finishing the call, asked about what I wanted.
