1.After buying, remove the saree from its box.

2.Do not leave in a box or polythene bag for more than 3 days.(pure zari sarees wrap in a pure white cotton cloth)

3.Unfold your silk sarees and change the folding every three months.

4.Always dry clean.

5.Always air dry the saree in shade. Never wring the sari or use it in the washing machine or dryer. Never rub the sari vigorously.Do not store silk without dry cleaning

6.Expose the silk fabrics periodically to natural atmosphere

7.Use silica gel sachet or moisture absorbents in your cupboard which you use for storing silk fabrics.

8.Iron in medium heat only.

Cancellation of Orders
When you choose products and pay for them on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be cancelled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping
your order. 
When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the amount paid, through online transfer, after taking your account number details. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Out of Stock items
9yardz is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage, we will inform you within 2 days of your purchase date and process a refund to your bank account after collecting the details from you. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

Goods Exchange
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason (except for reasons covered under disclaimers page ) , we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition, and carry all original labels and tags. Exchanges must be made within a week of delivery, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. 

Return shipping charges would be borne by 9yardz only in case of wrong product shipment.
